A little about us…
We are Placer County natives that have a love affair with buildings from historic times. Buildings made with square nails and handblown glass windows. The floors may squeak and there may be a slight draft on the coldest winter days. We strive to bring out the soul of a building while maintaining the comfort and luxury that our guests have come to expect from our properties.
We are committed to the historical nature of all of our projects.

El Canyonero Casa
This Auburn CA charm was built in the early 1960. It sits on the canyon like a tree house. We brought it back to its retro life and it has been a fan favorite ever since.

We live in Foresthill and fell in love with this house. We didn’t want to see it gutted so we bought it and restored it. This sweet little house in downtown Forestill feels like a walk in time.
